The Sponsorship Collection Form   is designed to help organisers collect snail or roach names, and sponsorship money. If you are organising a fundraiser then print one of these forms for each race and hand each to a colleague.  Then ask them to collect  the sponsors and  names for each runner in that race.  For example 'Slimey Joe' by 'Joe Smith'. The forms can also be used to keep records of the race sponsors and race  names too.  Alternatively you can just use our default names which are shown on our Race Card sheets below.  These are the names used in our 'restricted' race night packs.

The Snail Race Card shows the default names for the snail racing and the Roach Race Card shows the default names for the roach racing.  There are also blank sheets in each file for you to summarise your own names and sponsors before you enter them online in the ordering process.
