Customer survey

We ask every customer for every event that we handle, whether for fundraising or for entertainment, to give us feedback. The results of this ongoing survey help us to improve our products and service and strive for excellence. 

Our events range from corporate events to fundraising events and include teambuilding, parties, fun nights, hospitality and promotion. Customers were asked to rate entertainment value, ease of use, virtual hosting (by Peedy parrot), personalization, visual quality, sound quality, value for money and customer service as either 'poor', 'OK', 'good', 'very good', or 'excellent'.
