1. How long do you need to make our film?

1. How long do you need to make our film?
Fundeo normally turns around orders within one week of their receipt. back
2. How far in advance should I place my online order?
The earlier the better. You should try to place your order online at least 8 working days before your event for UK destinations, 11 working days before your event for other European destinations and 13 working days for USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and all other destinations outside Europe. If you order any later than this, please use our 'Express Production' service where we try to produce your pack in just a few hours. This will normally reduce your delivery time by up to one week. Please alert us for very urgent orders. back
3. Our order will arrive..won't it?!
A. All orders are dispatched by premium express airmail. We use the UK's 'Airsure' or 'International Signed for' for orders outside of the UK, and 'Special Delivery' for orders within the UK. The UK's 'Special Delivery' service guarantees next day delivery on weekdays. back
4. We need a Fundeo pack urgently can you supply it?
A. Yes. Under our 'Express Production' service we try to turnaround your order within 24 hrs on weekdays and can sometimes produce it the same day. If your pack is very urgent please alert us beforehand by email or telephone. Our 'Express Production' service will usually cut down your delivery time by up to one week. back
5. I want to pay by cheque. What should I do?
Your best option is to pay online personally by credit card and if necessary to gain re-imbursement from your organisation by cheque. Payment by cheque is ONLY accepted for UK orders and then payment must be received at least 21 days before your event. Snail Racing orders should be placed online and you must then alert us by telephone or email immediately to advise us of your intention to pay by cheque. Important: Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of late payment by cheque. back
6. Will I get a receipt?
Yes. We send you a receipt by email immediately you have placed an order. All orders are also dispatched with a detailed invoice-receipt and checklist. back
7. We want to order again. Will we get the same film?
No. We make sure that our customers and often customers in the same locality, receive different races with every subsequent order. However it always helps us if you let us know the date of any previous event. back
8. Can we keep the video /DVD?
Yes. Unlike other race night companies we let you keep your videos. Snail racing videos may be kept as a memento of your special occasion or otherwise auctioned at the end of your event to raise extra funds. All are date stamped and can be used legally for only one Race Night event(*). However our Bingo videos can be used repeatedly, with our tickets, as often as you wish and you can order more tickets from us at any time.
Please note that our video film shows are coded and carry copyright material of the Microsoft Corporation and Fundeo. You must not make illegal copies. Perpetrators of illegal copying will be pursued and and fined to the maximum extent allowed by law.
* Our special 'Multi-Event' Snail Racing packs have videos date-stamped for extended and repeated use. back
9. Are you able to provide an event on .. (date)?
Yes. Your Race Night and Bingo films are made and recorded especially for you as a one-off original and our talking parrot host will always turn up on the night to run your show. We never run out of 'stock', and you do not need check our 'availability' or to book in advance. back
10. How do we give you feedback from our event?
Your feedback is important to us, it helps us to improve our products and services on an ongoing basis. After your event we send you a quick and fun email survey! You will have the opportunity make comments on our product and your event. The form will be send to you shortly after your event. back
11. Can I order by telephone and pay by credit card?
Yes but we prefer you to order online as it keeps our documentation standardized. However for simple Snail Racing orders or Bingo orders you can ring us on +44 (0)1343-545856, or type talk to us on 123. We will need to know the details of your event e.g. delivery address, event date, venue and cause; and you should have your credit/debit card handy. back
12. Huh! Why do they cost so much?! I can get a race night for . . . ?!
Our Race Night packs offer the best value for money that you will find anywhere worldwide (85% of our customers rate our value for money as 'very good' or 'excellent': see here). Some suppliers of standard race nights will offer a 'cheap' or even 'free' race night; some may even offer to run your event for you and to raise money for their own 'good cause' but you can be sure they will take their cut from your funds first. Don't be fooled. Order a race night from us and hang on to your raised funds - you and your good cause deserve the credit and the fun! back
13. Are your Snail Race Nights suitable for children and 'sensitive' audiences?
Yes. The original version was designed for audiences of British pubs but to cater for demand at childrens parties, and for events such as school fundraisers or fundraising by church groups etc we now offer the choice of a 'Fundeo U' version (suitable for all from aged 4 and over); a 'Fundeo 12' version (suitable for aged 12 and over); and a 'Fundeo 15' version (the original: suitable for 15 years and over, see film classification). Customers can choose their desired film category when they order. It should be noted however that whilst our basic shows are free from profanity all of them can be personalized by our customers, which may, in some cases, result in their content becoming of a more 'adult' nature. back
14. There were spelling mistakes in my video, race cards and tickets - these went to the commentary too. Why?
Because you put them there! It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct spelling. As a rule, we do not edit 'typos' because very often these are a deliberate play on words. Occasionally however we will, with good intent, change 'obvious' typos such as, for example, the wrong spelling of a corporate business name. This said we reserve the right to make any alterations we wish at our own discretion and we will not be held responsible for any errors of judgement on our part (see our Terms and Conditions). back
