Warning: Imposter pretending to be Fundeo!

Fundeo recently learned that yet another company has attempted to copy our Race Night product. Such is its popularity that it is inevitable that others try to share our success. However this time it is different. This one is pretending to be Fundeo!

The organisation concerned has used an almost identical website, a similar website address and copies of our literature to sell its inferior copy of our product. It even uses our Fundeo registered trademark in its advertising and in hidden text on its web pages to suggest an affiliation with us.

According to Handley Brustad, lead officer, intellectual property at the Trading Standards Institute this is apparently typical of bogus sites which are now becoming more prevalent on the web.  "Copycat websites feed off the real brands and mirror the genuine site to pull you in," he said (see here).

Valued customers, please do not be deceived. Fundeo is not affiliated with any other website or company and is the sole provider of the genuine Fundeo Race Night product.  Please let us know of any dealings with suspicious organisations and report cheap copies of our product to trading standards of your local council.
