Late Return Penalty Charges

We have a late return charge for race night DVD's and Videos that have not been returned to us within seven days of your event. Part of our terms of supply is that you return your races the next working day after your event.

Please remember that you are hiring our DVD/Videos for the day of your event only and it is very important that you return them swiftly.  You will be provided with a prepaid (UK standard postage only) addressed envelope in which to return your DVD or video. You may wish to obtain a certificate of posting or pay extra for a premium postage service for insurance.

Every week after the date of your race night event (plus seven days) is charged as below. This is an unfortunate measure that we have had to implement. If you have not returned your DVD/Video after 8 weeks then it will be assumed that you wish to purchase and your credit card will be charged £75 per race.

For customers outside of the United Kingdon an extra week will be allowed before penalties are incurred to provide for increased transit time. Charges will be in the relevant currency at current exchange rates.
