Race Night DVD packs

Our Race Night DVD packs contain everything you need:

• Easy guidance notes 
• Personalised 'Plug & play' video / DVD with all the races
• Personalised betting tickets (for upto 80 people)
• Personalised colour race cards (10 as standard)
• Tote ID numbers (eight i.e. one per snail)
• 'Easy Reckoner' tote tabulator forms (one per race)
• An auction summary sheet (one per event)
• A funds-raised sheet (one per event)
• A test DVD to help you set up your equipment before using your race night DVD

More of each item can be ordered if required and there are a range of optional extras. The easy guidance notes describe how to organise everything on the night; the tote ID numbers are used to identify which ticket sellers are selling tickets for each snail; the tote tabulator forms help you estimate the payouts from the betting; the auction sheet will help you keep records if you hold an auction and the funds-raised sheet helps you summarise the funds raised (if it is a fundraiser).

Every pack is made to order and personalised with the venue name, date, 'in aid of concern', and optionally with your race names, race sponsors names, snail names and snail sponsors names. Peedy introduces each snail by name and calls out its name throughout the show (see some sample snail names).  All this provides superb value for money and excellent fun to all concerned.  At the same time the personalisation features provide excellent tools to use the packs as promotional products for corporates, small businesses and charities.
