The Sponsorship Collection form  (pdf) is designed to help organizers collect snail racing snail names, and sponsorship money. If you are organizing a fundraising event then we suggest that you print one of these forms for each snail race then hand it to a colleague and ask them to collect the eight snail sponsors and snail names for that race. For example 'Slimey Joe' by 'Joe Smith'. The forms can be used to keep records of your race sponsors and race names too. Alternatively you can just use our default names for the races and the snails.

The Race Card Info Sheets  (pdf) is to help you summarise your snail names, snail sponsors, race names and race sponsors before you enter them online in our 24/7 online ordering system. This file has two sheets; one shows the default snail names, in case you do not want to name the snails yourself; the other contains blank spaces for your own snail names.
