Race Names: Promotional Items and Fun

With our Snail Race Night packs you have the opportunity to name the races and the race sponsors.   If you don't name them, they will be given default names such as "The Grand Smashional".

If you are fundraising, and have race sponsors then you should try to include the race sponsor's name in the race name. This is because the race names are shown 'everywhere' which maximises the publicity for your sponsors and rewards them for their support.  Used properly the race names are superb promotional items.

If your event is for corporate hospitality you might wish to name the races after product lines, services or key members of staff and use them as promotional items to drive a message home to your guests.  If your event is a corporate event for entertainment or team building you might wish to name the races after competing teams.  If it is just for fun at say a party, then you can make up fun names with anything suitable for the occasion.  The samples below may give you some ideas.
