Snail Names: Promotional Items and Fun

The Snails can be named whatever you like. The names below might give you some ideas - use them if you like, or make up your own. Click the icons to hear hear Peedy parrot call them out as he does in the video.   

If you don't want to name the snails then they will be named with the 'default' names shown on the Race Card Info Sheet. Please note that some of the names below are a little rude- so if you are easily offended, please don't look!

For fundraising it is normal for snail sponsors to name the snails. Corporates, or small businesses often name them after products and services.  This way they become promotional items - and very effective promotional items too, considering that each member of the audience browses the names, selects a choice for their betting, then shouts them out during each race!
