We ask every customer to provide us with feedback after their event by completing a quick online survey. The results help us to improve our products and service and strive for excellence.  In the survey customers are asked to rate several features of our Race Night and Bingo products together with our customer service. 

Events - ease of use

We are delighted to present the results for 2008 together with those for the years 2001 to 2007 for comparison. The results clearly show that we have maintained very high standards of our products, significantly improved their entertainment value and made headway in our strive for excellence.  In fact,  the majority vote in 2008 was 'excellent' for every surveyed feature of our products and service.

This is a truly magnificent achievement, enviable by all of our competitors and rare for any modern business.  But don't worry, we won't stop here, many of you have made useful suggestions for improvement and we are still working hard to make our products better still.
