Bambui UK Development is a very small UK based charity. Over the past 5 years BUKDA has supported nearly 350 children to either begin or stay in education through our disadvantaged and under privileged children's education sponsorship program. We also work in other areas like poverty alleviation and capacity building. Bambui UK Development Association, BUKDA is a charity working within the UK Charities framework. BUKDA has no political or religious affiliation and there are no barriers or limitations based on gender, race, creed or colour. Our main aims include but are not limited to the following; 1.To promote the health and social welfare of Bambui people living in the UK and in Bambui by: (a) the advancement of education and training; (b) the relief of poverty,sickness and distress; (c) the provision of recreational facilities in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving their conditions of life. 2. To advance education of the public on all aspects of the Bambui history, culture and arts.
